ELEVATEROOFING.US (the "Site") is owned and operated by Styling and Profiling LLC ("Elevate Roofing," "we," "us," or "our"), a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, USA (Charter No. LC014645601), with its principal office at 2482 County Road 7, Clanton, AL 35045, USA. By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting an estimate request, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site collects project details so that a roofing specialist can contact you, schedule an inspection, and prepare a personalized written estimate. The Site does not provide instant online pricing, and nothing on the Site is a binding offer to perform work at a particular price. All work is performed under a separate written agreement or signed estimate between you and us.
Inspections and estimates are free unless expressly stated otherwise. Estimates are based on the condition of the roof as observed at the time of inspection; hidden conditions discovered during work (such as damaged decking under existing shingles) may require a written change order, which we will present for your approval before proceeding.
By submitting a request with your phone number and email address, you request and expressly consent to be contacted by Styling and Profiling LLC at that number and address — including by phone call, email, and text message — for the purpose of scheduling your inspection and following up on your estimate. Consent to marketing texts or calls is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time by telling your specialist, replying STOP to texts, or emailing support@elevateroofing.us. Message and data rates may apply.
We are a roofing contractor, not an insurance company, adjuster, or public adjuster. Where we assist with storm damage claims, we provide inspection documentation and repair or replacement services; decisions about coverage are made solely by your insurer under your policy. You are responsible for your deductible and any amounts not covered by your policy.
Roofing materials are covered by their manufacturers' warranties. Our workmanship warranty, where provided, is set out in your written agreement and covers defects in installation for the period stated there. Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, alterations by others, or lack of maintenance.
You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false or misleading requests, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
The Site's content, design, text, and graphics are the property of Styling and Profiling LLC or its licensors. Product and manufacturer names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. General information on the Site about roofing materials, lifespans, or insurance processes is provided for convenience and is not a substitute for a specific inspection or professional, legal, or insurance advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Styling and Profiling LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Site. Our liability in connection with roofing services is governed by your written service agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Styling and Profiling LLC and its members, officers, and employees from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
